Develop or look for existing model curriculum programs that incorporate state science standards into every grade so that there is a progression of learning commencing in kindergarten. Pilot for a year.
i. Cost -Staff development cost to research and review materials and to incorporate them into lesson plans
ii. Benefits – “green” learning has a K-8 path that enables students to think in new ways
