Students choose to participate in this community-wide challenge to bring down energy usage and improve conservation in their own homes. Students may work with their parents to tackle their choice of tasks—from easy to hard—to reduce their home carbon footprint and earn "points" for their school. Students and schools will have many opportunities to win cool prizes and cool cash for their participation.Entry forms will be available soon (check the Green Start 2009 website), and submission are due April 30th.
